People find these diets sometimes on the internet or in a popular book. And so there's this very understandable cognitive dissonance. How can I possibly be at higher risk of XYZ? Scientists must be wrong. There is no contradiction that you can lose weight and yet still not be at ideal cardiovascular risk range. So we just have to be very careful and scrutinized.
