This episode is so near because i it illustrates many of the premises in the show so well. There's a the part that stuck out to me immediately was this individual has, is, his wife is an epidemiologist. He just happens to be in a place where he sees medical crades outside. And when he connects the thing he's obsessed with to a place where it can be applicable, he's like, wait, i bet i could use drawns to get this medicine where it needs to go. That recursion of problem solving becomes the whole idea of the show.
