Slack Is Like Trying to Hook You Into Using It
Slack is sort of art the company that we pick on a lot, because it is so diametrically opposed to the type of culture and company we want to build. We have things like slack as an asinchroness tool. You don't have to answer in real time. Everyone should turn off notifications, and everyone has them on. Because slack is like trying to hook you into using their tool in a different way than we want it to be used.
