You used to have these dinners and you take that team of not referral sources, but referral heroes. They would come and I mixed it up every six months or a year. And after five minutes, there were these individual conversations with the guy sitting next to you about what do you do? Oh, you do that. Well, I don't want to handle this. Maybe you want to handle those cases. When I would get a DUI lawyer, mostly the recipe, I lawyers, definitely competitors for me and each other, but willing to handle different types of cases. That was fine with me. I was just trying to be the guy that put everybody in the room and it made it better
