What Are the Foundation Stones of an Outcomes Report?
What are kind of specific actions are you usually giving them in an outcomes report? Good question. So something i always really like to try and to find in an outcome report are strategic pillars. I would try and make sure that we have a very clear purpose, or it could be linked to the brand purpose. Something else that would always go into the report ar any elements of behavior, a change sometimes, but behavior or triggers that we want to actually achieve from a user perspective.
