We Need a County Wide Strategy

I don't like the council by council approach at all, because you know what's going to happen. The and the people that are unhoused in the affluent areas are going to be moved into the low income areas if we don't solve the problem. We have to get people off the streets immediately, but we also have to address why were they on the streets to begin with. Right now people are being viewed all the same. They're all drug attics who don't want to come inside. That can't bet solved at the county level? Well, no, but that's why i say we need a county wide strategy, and of city wide strategy as well.
