The Influence of Coaches on Athletes
Coaches can be catalyzing agents of athlete engagements. They're often driving an effect amongst their athletes, whether it's engagement or participation. But if one sees them engaging in abusive behaviour as well, that can have really quite persistent effects on athletes overtime. This is an era which i think has quite a robust body of evidence in the sport domain. And and it sounds like your using it in your day to day practices. These are things you can do and start with at a really young age, with athletes too.
