The Importance of Listening to Your Children

I think one of the most important things that we can do as parents is listen to our children and teach them to understand the little idiosynchronies of their minds. Jack and I are really, I mean, we're really different in a lot of ways. And it's awesome to watch Jack figure things out. His mind's just spinning. He has to map everything when he goes somewhere, he just maps the whole place. It's just not like me at all. Charlie taps in. That's what that says. There's something beautiful that happens when we're doing something that we love. Like it feels internally aligned. Or is it just there? I think you can cultivate it
