How the Brain Measures Closeness
The dimension of closeness is so important to us, the brain is actually measuring it as a type of connection between two people. Knowing that you'll see them and they will be there helps us to predict when we're going to see them again. So i think it's not a big leap then to imagine that we also have this experience with our attachment figures, with our bonded loved ones. Yes. It seems from sumnero sor search, the closeness, emotional closeness, like if i say to you, hey, are you and your sister close? That's what i mean by closeness.
