UNESCO's Boushtop Venus
Prisoners from UNESCO were put on a train and sent west. The SS guards outnumber the prisoners, so Vartzok turns them into this thing called Boushtop Venus. He tasks with building defenses that the Vermach can then use to fight the Russians. One of the prisoners is an architect named Simon Visenthal who later became a Nazi hunter.
