How to Train Your Kids to Be Independent Learners

You don't have to join some music school. You can do it all at home. Learning to be an independent learner is a big thing in training your kids to be independent learners. This is why I'm so against schools, because sending them to a school, what do they learn? How are they trained? They get the idea that education means sitting in a chair, listening to someone talk and taking notes, memorizing it, and then taking a test. Right?
