Introduction
Vinegar in its various forms has been used as a quote unquote cure, again, I'm using the term cure very loosely, for many years and for a number of different ailments. Apple cider vinegar is also thought to contain antioxidants and probiotics because it goes through a similar fermentation process. Antioxidants are good for the body because they help destroy harmful compounds called free radicals. Recent research suggests that probiotics may be useful in preventing diabetes.
