The first one is a small one just by Bjarn, two pages long. And the final sentence is, in any way, what is quote, the overarching software community, unquote, to the best of my knowledge, no experts from the ISOC++ Standards Committee were consulted. They were like, everyone says we should move away from memory and safety. But there was also a longer 10 page version of the paper which does not have that language
