The Importance of Consistency and Documentation

In a perfect world, our notes are going to take five or 10 minutes. And then there are those times where you go, okay, this session is no longer going to end in the seven minutes that I've allotted for it. We've all been there. It's part of part of the deal. So we've been talking about the importance of consistency and documentation. That really doesn't matter what pace or so you accept your documentation. A note needs to have this baseline in information.
