Augusto del Noche was born in 1910, I believe he's from Turin. He did his studies in the north, but spent the majority of his career at La Sapienza,. The basic project is that history is driven by philosophical ideas. And we find ourselves in the state that we're in precisely because of these philosophical ideas and movements.
