pressure natursis is independent of sympathetic nervous system or homonally mediated censor mechanisms. When you get this increased blood pressure, the kidney responds by spilling excess sodium. Elevations in the intersecal pressure there pushes fluid into the tubules where they're permeable to water. This counteracts the asmodic gradient, favoring water movement out. And it dilutes the sodium chloride required for passive sodium reabsorption.
