Rachel: If you're exerting yourself at an rp like 9 10, the Chances of injury do go up higher. optimal training should be six to eight ish range. I have maxed before in all of my lips. This is why you don't max out like every month or once a year. The Mason was bad. It's my lower back, which is why I don't conventional deadlift anymore because that just Does not do well.
