Are You Using Nikolai Kardashev's Scale?

I think one way if people have framed it up is using Nikolai Kardashev's scale. He kind of created a three part scale to how civilizations use energy. We're sort of somewhere between types zero and type one, but I was like, man, you know, harnessing energy is one thing. But we need to fix the pricing mechanism before we can even discuss harnessing large quantum of energy. Bitcoin is probably the most important thing on the path to fixing the quantum of energy that we're squandering. There is no reaching type one without Bitcoin.
