John Avlon: Trump is not to put it mildly a sort of policy detail guy, but that actually creates quite a big opportunity for some of these policy entrepreneurs who are busily filling out his second term plans. Avlon: I think the people who looked at the Trump administration thought, wow, this is a collection of people with really radical ideas, but they're not very good at government. He says if Donald Trump were to win again, he would have an oiled machine ready and enthusiastic about carrying out his plans.
