The Senate's Version of What May Be the Nation's First Laws Around Self Driven Cars

The Senate's version of what may become the nation's first laws around self driving cars or autonomous vehicles. AV start was approved by the Senate Commerce Committee on October 4th, Wednesday. This has a number of interesting sort of provisions in it and it is much more detailed than the House's companion bill HR 3388 the self drive act. But there's still a lot of issues have been raised around it.
