Is There a Moment of Deviation?

Last year I completed my 11th marathon and while that is great, I do not want to undermine the physical and mental challenge of running a marathon. The idea behind the two minute rule is that when you're looking to start a new habit, it could essentially only take two minutes. So for instance, if you are looking to start meditating, you might begin so by simply turning on some peaceful sounds and sitting quietly for two minutes. Or maybe you have been procrastinating in identifying people to connect with on LinkedIn for informational interviews. Perhaps you just might open up your LinkedIn app every morning or during your lunch hour.
