Diuresis and Hypoxia

There are some reasons for an effusion, which are okay. And then there are certain reasons that are not okay, such as like a infected perenemonic sort of thing. So it's always just kind of thinking about your patient and do I need to know exactly what's causing this effusion? If they're stable, they have a lot of other reasons to have a transit aid of effusion. You know, the effusion is pretty small and would be difficult to tap. Maybe you watch it. But I'm not generally going to tap like heart failure effusions. Definitely not before trying diariesis.
