The O'Briening of First Amendment Law

O'Brien is still, I think we've mentioned good law. It's been expanded. And there are even articles talking about what they call like the O'Briening of First Amendment law where a lot of other sort of tests have transformed into the same O'Brien test. This has become almost a catch-all for like what are called time, place and manner restrictions. Right. Like you can't be this loud in a residential neighborhood after 9 p.m. or whatever, like getting tests that look like O'Brien.
