The South North Water Diversion Project

China built something amazing called the South North Water Diversion Project. The project takes this huge canal, a massive river-sized canal and runs water from the south to the north. Beijing, consequently, is not suffering from the drought that it was. And also, these places that flood down south, Zhengzhou and Wuhan, can let out some of their water and send it to the north where it's needed. So I think the United States may consider this because on the southwest coast, California, Nevada, Arizona, they need water.
