What's the Average Time Between Listing and Closing?
When interest rates were very low, the lower middle market multiples actually started to creep up where Main Street kind of stayed in that two and a half-ish. And so what you're seeing is that on the way with the story reversing, it's kind of just the mid-market ones are being affected in the opposite way. So our average is about nine months from listing to closing. The longest one I've ever done was probably 2 and a half years. It takes about a month to get a business ready to sell or packaged up.
