I was thinking about it for long but I read a book about it. It is a much talked about book of 2019 resisting the attention economy. So, what is called digital minimalism and how young people should register it because it will become a behavioral epidemic. The way to behave in the epidemic is basically is that before watching any video or reading any article you should ask yourself why you are watching this or why you are reading this Because we spend a lot of time invested by passive reading. You have nothing else to do you scroll every parallel thing, every declit thing. We need a behavioral audit of our viewing patterns, reading patterns. Otherwise, you will waste a lot of your time in
