The older you get, the faster you seem to feel that time is going. People often say it's because when you're eight, a year is only an eighth of your life. But people don't report that single days go any faster. We judge how much time has passed by how many new memories we've made. And so we think that not much time has s and then we're suddenly taken up short by seeing something.
