How Long Does It Take to Find a Job?

There's a perfect storm of issues that are happening right now today, coming out of the pandemic. People changing jobs much more regularly today than they've ever done in the past. We do a hiring trans index every quarter and in quarter for last year. So about a year ago, it was taking about three and a half to four weeks on average from posting a job to filling that vacancy. That's almost double right now, it's seven weeks. And depending on what industry you're in, that's either much, much worse or much, much better.
