What Makes a Good, Effective Teacher of the Bible?

Wyllis: What do you think makes a good, effective teacher of the bible? I mean, you guys know a lot of bible teachers. One thing that comes to mind is that they really do believe that the bible is smarter than they are. Do they add their own clever, cutey and sightfulness to it in ordorder to make the bible compelling and interesting? Or are they the kind of teacher who has such a trust in the scripture that you can tell this from them? Are they able to take a passage wherever, plunk down anywhere in the bible, and plug it in to the whole story line of scripture that makes the bible so exciting? Because then some one can
