A few years ago, I assumed that Ransomware would mostly affect organizations with sub-par security. That was a bad take. It is not the reality. Sooner or later, it is happening. But thinking that if you spend enough money on security, you will never get attacked isn't true anymore. Phishing attacks are like 80% human element. This probably will never stop unless we somehow wake up tomorrow when every company is investing heavily in user awareness.
