Introduction
Ian Renshaw is a social professor in skill acquisition, sports coaching at Quiz and University Technology in Brisbane. His main coaching really over the last 10, 12 years has been in cricket, but before that was with soccer, with football,. But in New Zealand, my son's age group's going through from under seven to 18. When he got to 11, I wasn't allowed to coach him because he was in an 18. He worked with a very good German coach in East Coast Bay in Auckland. And before that, back in England, really,I did quite a lot of rugby in the coaching. Really, when I got into teaching, I really got interested in rugby.
