I think it's like that type of late stance hop to me is different because you're not really trying to let your ankles deform versus if you were to jump like a belly. And Adarian said the same thing in regards to acceleration like if you're trying to extend, you're not letting all those little isometrics happen through like the Achilles as in more of those mid stance positions. I have never been a good sprinter like and I feel like every time I've tried to run fast, I just, yeah, this is me trying to run fast,. but this doesn't feel like sprinting. So for me personally, I found squatted running phenomenal.
