The two most important questions you can ask before getting involved in a stock is one, where has it come from? Has it expended a lot of energy? You want to anticipate, don't wait for the breakout when it just rallied 10% in the last week. Is it reasonable that it's going to go another 10%? If so, have a really tight stock. Where does it have the potential to go? What's the potential reward?
