The Role of LND in Keeping Employees Engaged
LND has a role in preparing people for new roles when they join an organization. But I'm not totally convinced about the great resignation as a global phenomenon. Resignations have actually decreased over the last two years among younger workers even in the USA. LND and their HR colleagues need to get out of this training bubble, what we call the training bubble. We just can't rely on training alone because whether it's onboarding or preparing people for the next role or whatever.
