Should the AFL More Adapt a US Trade Base?

I remember so vividly when we picked him up, because they would have been in my second year. Every one of the clubs was so pissed off that we didn't get Ben Leonard. And then, like, you fast forward now, and you're just like 'fucking hell' I think at a certain point, if a player's on in the top 10% paid or something, there has to be some cut-off for players who can't move their whole family away from where they are. Should we have more adapted a US trade base? At the end of the year, why isn't every AFL club allowed to sell its best players against their will? Why aren't all teams
