i had been an investor since two thousand 14. I found bigger pockets and two to tousand 17, and within a year and a half, i had crippled my portfolio,. Just from going through the forms and learning about creative financing and using the calculator reports to better analyze deal. So i have taken so much value. It's seriously, has paid for itself over the years just of what i've been able to get out of it.
