The Importance of Mono Space Fonts

I feel very, very strongly about mono space fonts. There's something about it that just makes it much easier to quickly compare previous lines or to know how long things are. I spell just as badly with a mono space font as I do with the regular font. It helps not at all. This is probably my crowning achievement in life. Now at this point, the most important tweet that I have ever written was the tweet in which I was announcing to the world that I was quitting my day job.
