The Importance of Monitoring Copper Status in the Body
The thyroid is really important. To make sure that copper is being kept adequate inside our tissue. People are taught to believe that this butterfly runs the body and it doesn't get response to the body. We have enough protein in our diet. If we don't have enough real vitamin C as opposed to a score of a gas, an enzyme called tyrosinase. That's seleno enzyme doesn't work without copper. So is it really a selenium enzyme seleniums there, but copper is the catalytic agent. And I think a lot of misunderstanding and misinformation from my standpoint isn't just the research.
