When my son was about seven years old he asked his mom, "Mom, how did I come out of your stomach?" His sister's room is right next door. She said, nine and a half, almost 10. So she looks at me and she goes, I do want to know. It just worked out well, in my case, that she did it by the book. Any topic around sex, you ask a question, you push your child a little. If they feel they need the information, you give them the very short summary. Let them follow up. Yes. And they will shut you down when they're ready to shut you down.
