The oil and gas industry are acting like babies, iin in a lot of ways. Activists are very weary of seeing an eptic of drilling, and especially of new info structure coming on line. And there is just a real energy crisis that is is very scary in some way. The United States government has very few tools to tell the industry to do really anything.
