What Is a Black Hole?

Nobody has the absolute correct answer, because no fostoffer. We don't have a black hole in a lab sitting somewhere that we can go an observe and test. And research is in progress - hopefully some day we will make a break through. So far, we have made zero progress in the past 22 years of the 20 first century. How and how long has it been? 21 years thereabouts.
