The Unfairness of Tenants
You can't ask a tenant to move out in the first six months and have to be very specific reasons. Rob: I think it should be an equal playing field. Some landlords are very upset about this because when it's my property, I should be able to sell it whenever I want. But personally, I think it's a bit off to have someone move in and then six months later say, actually, I've decided that I want to sell it now. So you have to move your entire family out and uproot yourselves again. It battles me this one because I don't think anyone would have kicked up a fast if they'd been like a six month minimum on both sides.
