The Death of Sao Paulo
The book was well done on some fronts, but it didn't grip me emotionally in the way that I would have hoped. Cameron Hurley does a pretty good job of sort of portraying those parts, but they're there they do kind of run together. There are parts that have been injected in order to flesh things out, and it doesn't always gel quite right. It's interestingly telling that it was adapted from a short story or possibly novella. So like I think it was it was effective. But I don't know that I would want to dip back into that person's life to like read another book about this world.
