Is Customer Success a Product Led Motion?

i think customer success can play an interesting role in really building true enterprise clients from potentially a product led motion. The way that you get people to recognize the value of the product is for them to first recognize the problem that the product solves. And so like, you need to be able for the business feel that problem and be motivated to solving it - which involves a lot of people using the tool.
