Are There Elements of Religion That We Lose When We Cut Out Institutions?

There's something about religion having these old, old stories that go back way before our brain can even wrap our heads around. But when we cut out those elements of religion and just focus on the kind of first principles of ritual ye, i completely agree with you in some of the things that we start to see. We're much less likely to behave pro socially if we don't have an institutional or a congregational home.
