The Importance of Schedules
I remember showing up on Sunday nights at the week, when a restaurant I worked in Berkeley, we'd be closed on Monday on Sunday nights. The chef would post the schedule for the next week. And I would walk up there and say, oh shit, I'm working Saturday shift, saute one with like the killers,. Like, oh, I'm on, or I'd be like, oh, cut. If you watch like hard knocks, right? You're like, ah, if you're only getting into the preseason game at the end of the fourth quarter, it's like not looking goofy.
