Engage Senior Leaders in Conversations

I know so many people in our community are trying to influence senior leaders at their company. And i think i work with enough of them to understand that the number one strategic thing on their agend is, how do i make my company more creative? How do i routinely innovate so that things that come out of the blue, like ober and airbe and bean stuff, won't happen to my company? That's the last thing i want to do, if i'm ron those gues.
