I imagine much of the show is pulled from personal experiences, but it must be so great to know that you can write a Christmas monologue and get to perform it as an adult. There's a great, obviously a great element of the show are the people who play your parents. I will say, while it might be disappointing when your parents say we don't like the sex scenes, the alternative would be worse, right? They were like, our favorite part.
