The Challenges of Token Engineering
When you're opening up the governance there's a huge education curve and we develop some materials to onboard and educate the working group of at that time volunteers. There are many layers many processes many relationships that have to be tended to and communication education it's a lot of work to coordinate so yeah I think this is one of the most interesting challenges. The field of token engineering is being built as we speak and it's really exciting because anyone can kind of jump in that has the knowledge and is interested in doing research can help to build this field.
