Why Do We See People Who Aren't Like Us?
Unconscious bias means the way in which we sometimes jump to conclusions about a person because of embedded preconceptions. It can already be cemented into our mental landscape. Once opinions polarize, evidence reveals that nobody sees clearly selective vision becomes the intractably dominant mode. We have much to learn about the ways in which we see people who aren't like us.
